Re-Admission

If you are a former Phillips student who has not yet completed a degree program and has been out of school more than two semesters (but less than three years), an application for readmission is required.  Contact Ulysses D. Allen, Director of Recruitment and Admissions at admissions@ptstulsa.edu or 918.270.6463 to obtain information for readmission.

If you have been out for more than three years, you must complete the full application for admission.
