Re-Admission

If you are a former Phillips student who has not yet completed a degree program and has been out of school more than two semesters (but less than three years), an application for readmission is required.  Contact the Admissions Office at admissions@ptstulsa.edu or 918.270.6463 to obtain information for readmission.

If you have been out for more than three years, you must complete the full application for admission.
