Re-Admission

If you are a former Phillips student who has not yet completed a degree program and has been out of school more than two semesters but less than three years, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@ptstulsa.edu or 918.270.6420 to obtain information for readmission.

If you have been out for more than three years, you must do the full application again.
