Phillips Theological Seminary is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation in the state of Oklahoma.*  The seminary is committed to responsible, ethical stewardship of the funds entrusted to us.

• An independent audit is conducted after the close of each fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).
• The seminary's 990 is available on request, or you may find it on Guidestar.
• We affirm two standard ethical codes for fundraising professionals:
  • The Donor Bill of Rights
  • The Association of Fundraising Professionals Code of Ethics.
