I come to this position after spending ten years in the wonderful world of youth ministry. Journeying with teenagers as they are becoming aware of how their world and God's presence are intersecting is an amazing unfolding to witness. So needless to say, Christian Education and Spiritual Formation is one of my ministry passions.

After experiencing the transformative nature of theological education in my own life as a student at PTS, I have found myself even more inspired to further advocate for quality theological education for the whole church. Working at Phillips on the Stewardship Team in the area of Church Relations and Alumni Relations, I will have the opportunity to hear the stories of how our local congregations are engaging in this process, how our Alum's are working to make this possible, and how PTS can be a resource on the journey of discovering Christ in our midst. If I can be of assistance to you in any way, please feel free to contact me!

My position at PTS allows me to be the relationship shepherd at PTS, tending our 9,000-constituent database—basic contact information, where our alumni/ae are serving, and our donors’ deeply valued financial support of PTS. This information allows us to keep in touch with you and to keep you apprised of happenings in the life of PTS.

As a lifelong Disciple of Christ, I was honored to have received a Letter of Calling to join the PTS staff. I truly enjoy being a part of something that offers the exceptional quality of theological education that is so needed in this area.

I greatly enjoy being a part of the Stewardship Team. We work together to develop new relationships and to cultivate existing ones. Our job is to share the many opportunities at PTS to help women and men fund their education for ministry.

As Stewardship Assistant, I am able to do what I enjoy doing most – serve others. Hospitality is the heart of who I am. I came to PTS in the summer of 2009 with my husband, Cap, who is a current Master of Divinity student and pastor at Grace United Methodist Church.

I come to the PTS Stewardship Team after over ten years in not-for-profit management and graduating from PTS in 2011. When I first began my education at PTS I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and caliber of education I received. I knew that the journey would be challenging but filled with opportunities for growth, change, and a fulfilling new aspect on my life in the Way of Jesus. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Stewardship Team at PTS where I am able to use both my MDiv and my experiences in not-for-profit fundraising.

As Annual Fund Program Director at Phillips Theological Seminary, I am excited to build relationships with PTS donors. I believe in the empowering, transforming qualities of education and specifically theological education at PTS. I am inspired to work in Stewardship at PTS because I want an infinite number of generations to benefit from the quality, challenging, and transformative education PTS has to offer.

Church and family have always been at the center of my life. I am glad that, at PTS, I can continue to keep these relationships central. One of the important values that inspires me at PTS is our dedication to preparing leaders to minister with discernment and grace within a highly diverse society. I use my talents as a fundraiser to help provide the needed resources to develop the very best women and men as leaders who know how to work well with diversity.

As stewardship director my primary responsibility is to assist you in making planned gifts to PTS and to other charities such as your church. It gives me great satisfaction to help you to be an informed steward of your resources.
