A readmission application is used by former PTS students who have not completed their programs of study and who have been out of school for at least two semesters but no more than 3 years.  If you have been out for more than 3 years, you must do the full application again.  If you have been out for two semesters or less, simply contact the registrar for information about how to register for classes.

A complete readmission application includes the following:

• Application form and $60 application fee
• Official transcripts from any graduate work completed since you first applied to PTS
• Authorization for criminal background check
• FAFSA and financial aid form for those interested in financial aid
