Phillips Theological Seminary ranks in the top 10 for small companies in “Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces 2014.” The seminary ranks no. 8 out of the 40 small companies that made the list this year.

The rankings are broken down into three categories: 15 companies ranked for the “large” and “midsize” company categories, and 40 for “small” company category.

Out of all the companies that were ranked, Phillips received the special award  for “Work/Life Flexibility.”

"We are so proud to be named one of Oklahoma's top workplaces," said Lora Conger, Chief Financial Officer for Phillips. "We work hard to create an environment that reflects our mission and empowers each person in our community to do their best work."
