PTS Stories
Seminary is not the average graduate school experience. You study, read, write papers, attend classes, and get in great debates with fellow students and faculty, but seminary has the added dimension of impacting on your personal faith and relationship with God. It also prepares you for ministry, a profession which requires certain competencies in order to be effective, like law or medicine. It requires a wide array of disciplines, and some depth in each of them, in order to adequately prepare someone to help lead others in their spiritual lives. So if it isn't the average graduate school experience, what can you expect? We asked our students to tell us about the PTS experience. Then we created a video that captures their thoughts in less than four minutes.
