Held Thursdays, February 2 through March 8 at 4:15 p.m. in the Tabbernee Conference Center.
- Classes include stretching, breathing, and meditation
- All levels are welcome, and variations will be offered
- Mats and pillows are available for use
- You may also sit in a chair
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Avoid eating within an hour of class
