Personal Message

Why did you originally get involved with Phillips Theological Seminary?

  • Phillips has an important role to play in cultivating vital community conversations.  I wanted to be a part of Phillips to help ensure that folks educated in the ways of Jesus have a seat at the table for these essential conversations

What challenge(s) does the seminary face that energizes you the most? Why?

  • The church as we’ve known it is in the middle of significant transformation.  Phillips must also change so as to meet the changing needs of 21st century faith communities.

Phillips offers Christian graduate theological education in service of intelligent, just, and
compassionate religious and civic communities. We welcome students to a safe space for truth-seeking conversations about the Bible, Jesus, and faithful living. Courses are available on campus and online for certificate, diploma, MDiv, MAMC, and MTS programs, and on campus for the DMin program.
