Message from Chester Cadieux
The basic Christianity I learned as a child helped shape my success. I was fortunate to have a mother who believed church was important to my development. She took me to church every Sunday. Over time, I developed a faith that has and continues to take me through all of life’s challenges.
Good ministers have been very important to my faith development. It is hard to talk about my faith, not because I don’t have any, but because it is not simple. What is easy for me to talk about is the nurture and guidance I find in a minister who can help me understand new ideas and move me farther along on my journey.
For over a decade now, I have been very committed to Phillips Theological Seminary. I want to see her move with strength into a second century of service and ministry to us and to the church. In fact, I want nothing more than for PTS to thrive so that thousands of other people can move along their faith journeys with the leadership that comes from having a loving, called, well-equipped, and well-educated clergy.
Will you please join me in helping PTS to thrive? Let’s build the endowment together. My wife Debbie and I committed funds sufficient to match your gift, dollar for dollar. We are also paying for the campaign, meaning 100% of your gift will be allocated to the endowment of your choice.
Let’s take this step together in support of excellent, well-educated ministry. I can’t imagine a world without good ministers. Can you?
