He is currently serving as the minister of the Church of the Restoration Unitarian Universalist and as an affiliate minister at All Souls Unitarian Church, both in Tulsa. Previously, he served as the County Director for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Over the years, Rev. Davis and his ministry have followed the arc of the universe as it bends towards social justice.

The guest homilist for today's DMin fortnight chapel service is the Rev. Dr. David M. Wilson. Dr. Wilson is currently serving as the Superintendent of the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference of the United Methodist Church. He holds an MDiv from Phillips and was the first clergy person from OIMC to graduate from Phillips. In 2007, he was named a Distinguished Alum of the seminary. The musical accompaniment to this recording was offered by Sue Straw.
