All graduates of Phillips Seminary and Phillips University are welcome and highly encouraged to use our library for any research purposes. Our services for alums include check-out privileges, interlibrary loan, and meeting rooms for small gatherings.

Alums also have online access to two alumni databases - AtlaSerials for Alums and JSTOR Alumni research databases, as well as numerous free and open access databases listed in our A-Z Database List. Any database with a green lock icon (Free Resource) is available for anyone to use. Any database with a red lock icon (PTS Students/Faculty/Staff and MTP Students) can be accessed by alums from an on-campus library computer.

Alumni will have full-text access to all titles in the Arts & Sciences II, III, V, VII, VIII, and Religion & Theology archival collections. Alumni can access JSTOR from the Library Resources for Alums course in Canvas. Please contact the Phillips Library for the alumni login credentials and instructions on how to access this resource.

Interlibrary Loan

If the Phillips Library doesn’t have a resource (book, journal article, DVD, etc.) that you need, we will borrow the item from another library. You can use our ILL Request form to submit your Interlibrary Loan Request.

If you live outside of Tulsa, we will mail the items to you with no charge. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and mail the items. When you finish using ILL materials, just drop them back in the mail to us. We will return them to the lending library.
